Freelance Designer.
Print design.

I designed a set of limited-edition graphics for the A/W18 Kin menswear collection. The designs needed to balance commercial appeal with creativity and work seamlessly across print production and retail display. The goal was to move away from cliché holiday motifs and create pieces that were timeless, graphic, and wearable whilst remaining true to the understated Kin brand ethos.

When exploring concepts for this project I used silkscreen printing methods which allowed me to have fun exploring composition and layering in an unregulated way. The final graphics were digital iterations of these explorations, minimal and modern.

Two designs were selected and produced as part of the Kin A/W18 collection, sold exclusively in John Lewis stores. The project offered valuable experience in retail branding, print production, and designing for fashion retail environments, and strengthened my ability to respond to structured brand guidelines while injecting originality into the work.

To further evolve this project, I have started to explore how these festive geometric graphics could be adapted across packaging, gifting, and wider retail applications, with the idea of building a distinctive festive narrative for Kin.
